My wife and I had this conversation. I think it's because he had gray hair when hosting his talk show in the 1980s and so we just sort of assumed anyone who was gray in the 80s has probably already passed away.

James Earl Jones, that's a tough one. I know most people knew him as the voice of Darth Vader in Star Wars, but I knew him best as the voice of Mufasa in the The Lion King.

I'll say this about him: He certainly knew a lot about baseball.
