I don't trust the census numbers, there were several issues that several counties voiced in innacurate counting, even Council Bluffs is skeptical on the numbers.

We've had plenty of apartment complexes added in downtown during that time frame and the loss in population doesn't add up. Many had had problems finding apartments because they are full.

This innacurate counting shows up in the Forbes list, painting a wrong narrative that Omaha declined.
