Honestly it was the first time I’d seen tents there, but I wasn’t intentionally looking out for them before.

Sometimes we have to keep tabs on how the homeless situation is growing, static or declining. I checked this place too and woah, this bridge gives me the creeps, its dark, its dingy and there are some potholes. Though this street basically leads to an industrial area and there are few reasons to traverse through this area. Good thing 13th street, is the one that is used for heading south.
