While driving to work today, I noticed they have started installing glass, starting at the south west corner of the building facing Dodge. They are moving at a good pace with this project.

Saw it today, glass looking real good. Excellent exposure of this building along West Dodge. Three nice looking buildings being built in Omaha right now, this one, Linked-in and Kiewit.

Noticed today that some signage is being hung. This building is getting there. Bridges Trust, I think is what the signage was.

This building and The new Carson building are giving west Dodge Rd an exciting fresh new look. The 7 story Carson building could be the best looking building built along west Dodge rd since the Valmont building In my opinion, I like the way it sits on top of a hill which gives it an extra impressive look.

Looks like a coffee shop is being built, but cannot find anything. If this is similar to the Bank of the West location in LA, there is a Starbucks within walking distance from their back office location.

Any input on this to confirm?

I work next door and the rumor for the last year or so was that a coffee shop was being built here. I don't know whether it will be Starbucks or Scooters though.
