I do love that building -- I just saw it on Omaha.com. What a great design. I love those browns, rusts... I love how Indian Creek is becoming an area for office buildings. They dont just have to be built around freeways & expressways.iamjacobm wrote: Fri Mar 09, 2018 11:55 am http://www.omaha.com/money/plus/million ... 869cd.html
$13 million OCI headquarters set to rise near Indian Creek Golf Course
I think that is the correct rendering.

I have no basis to say that this is legitimate, but I saw a person on the "Nextdoor" app in my area mentioned that they heard a rumor the HyVee is scheduled to break ground in September 2018. Oh how I hope this is true!

Oh, there's a new Runza out there?!? You know Omaha's grown when.... 108th & Maple had the furthest west Runza in NW Omaha when you were a teen, now there are two more on West Maple Road west of there. (Replace Runza with Taco Bell or McDonalds, and the statement is still true. Wendys and KFC would be one more...) I miss & crave Runza when I dont live in Omaha. Love & miss Amigos, too.

Sign is up for the Nebraska Credit Union going just east of First National. Guessing this will break ground in the next few months.
