Rural Media? Is that RFD tv? I thought he moved the bulk of the operations to Nashville?
I am not sure, I just know that Rural Media owns the two lots on the Norteast corner of 202nd and Manderson right next to the entrance of Indian Creek

$13 million OCI headquarters set to rise near Indian Creek Golf Course

I think that is the correct rendering.
I do love that building -- I just saw it on Omaha.com. What a great design. I love those browns, rusts... I love how Indian Creek is becoming an area for office buildings. They dont just have to be built around freeways & expressways.
I can get pushed out because I'm "too much" for some. Then, an observer of me comes suddenly swooping in to "fill my shoes." People are always more accepting of the new one, because their feathers aren't truly ruffled by them. (Yawn) I can count on it every time.

I have no basis to say that this is legitimate, but I saw a person on the "Nextdoor" app in my area mentioned that they heard a rumor the HyVee is scheduled to break ground in September 2018. Oh how I hope this is true!

Oh wow. I was there Wednesday morning and they were planting trees and rolling out sod. When did they open?

Oh, there's a new Runza out there?!? You know Omaha's grown when.... 108th & Maple had the furthest west Runza in NW Omaha when you were a teen, now there are two more on West Maple Road west of there. (Replace Runza with Taco Bell or McDonalds, and the statement is still true. Wendys and KFC would be one more...) I miss & crave Runza when I dont live in Omaha. Love & miss Amigos, too.

Sign is up for the Nebraska Credit Union going just east of First National. Guessing this will break ground in the next few months.
