I dont get it either. (And, I am so turmed off when I am spoken to rudely, from years of tackling people's silly tatics of defensiveness towards me, like I was last night here, that I do not tolerate it -- for a second. I cant stomach it anymore. I will flair up like a Peacock. ) What is so backwards about this particular Omaha Taco Bell? I have never come across a "backwards Taco Bell" until recently.
I can get pushed out because I'm "too much" for some. Then, an observer of me comes suddenly swooping in to "fill my shoes." People are always more accepting of the new one, because their feathers aren't truly ruffled by them. (Yawn) I can count on it every time.

The drive-through window was on the passenger side of the car. The menu board and speaker were on the driver's side but when you pulled up to the window you had to reach across the car to get your food. Some people even parked short of the window and walked around the front of their car...

What is wrong with that location?? Ive never had any issues there. In fact, I liked stopping at that one. Just curious... Gotcha, N.

The drive thru used to be the opposite of what it is. The driver ordered and the passenger made the exchange. They tore down the old building and built what is currently there in 06. The parking lot is pretty tight, and when its busy, the line can spill onto Dodge Street. And at that point I don't understand why anybody would find Taco Bell worth that much.

Gotcha. Now I understand. How annoying. If I recall, if you're westbound on Dodge, approaching 72nd, you can turn before the Taco Bell around 69th-ish, and enter the Taco Bell from the backside, from within a subdivision -- instead of making the U-turn at 72nd. It is an awkward location.
