This looks pretty amazing. Hopefully they are successful. I know it's been tough for the long-time residents.

My understanding here was that after Skyline Woods closed, the land couldn't be repurposed into anything besises a golf course, per contractual obligations.

Some new housing as part of this. Initiation fees seem insane to me, but then, I'm not the country-club type.

Yep, something like 18 new homes? I emailed the developer, lots are around a half million each, will be pretty high-end.
