That office building appears to be mostly done on the outside.
Big houses are now being built around the pond. 1 or 2 seem to be done already.
It's a pretty quick drive from here to Village Pointe.

I drove by here the other day. This development is slowly being built up. It's coming along nicely.

Here is a photo I took in November, does it look much different now?
Looking SW from above Highway 30.

Not sure as I was just driving by. I forgot to mention that besides rtg, there is no other commercial development currently. I imagine they are waiting for more residential to be built.

I think that office building here is 100% vacant. I heard a rumor Fremont Bergen is getting a big donation and will move their middle/high school to this building. I believe some athletic facilities for them in the area as well.

Re: Fremont Commons (Mixed Use Project)
Their school is struggling financially and is split between several buildings. That big donation is supposed to come from a guy in his 50s who is an extremely successful businessman. Once he dies, the company will be liquidated, and a large portion of the money will be donated to the school. However, this will probably go a full Christmas Vacation, and instead of the school getting the money to rebuild, all the students will get a one-year free pass into the Jelly of the Month Club. It's the gift that keeps on giving, the whole year-round.iamjacobm wrote: Fri Dec 12, 2025 1:14 pm I think that office building here is 100% vacant.
