It’s not a matter of me being “right”..

It’s a matter of you manufacturing a MTC “problem” or “death cycle” with your “eyeball test” when in reality, there is not really a problem..

MTC is not perfect. Could it be better? Of course. What I take issue with, is your continued proclamations the development is in trouble. Which I believe today, is a reckless, ridiculous opinion.. I don’t believe MTC is in trouble..

I’m done with our back and forth here because we’ll never see eye to eye on this. Let’s see what the future holds. I happen to think even better days for MTC are on the horizon.. The big picture will tell the story of the success or not of the MTC area. Remember, compared to other retail points of destination you bring up, MTC is a very young development. It’s still carving its niche. But again, insinuating the development is in trouble or starting a downward spiral “death cycle” in 2019 is one big fantastic stretch...
