I agree that these are GREAT things about the mall. I love the parking garage and always park there. 1. If the parking garage is such an attraction, why the whole North end of the mall essentially dead?
2. Given they have probably the most visible location in town, why is it 40-50% empty?
I would think most rational people who also agree that these types of questions should be addressed on a board about economic development.
