Well if they are buying the KFAB building too, we could have a bookstore and a Trader Joes.

We should try and figure out some way to contact the owners, so we can lobby them into putting in a TJs.

Not what I was hoping.

Creighton planning clinic in Dundee

Creighton Medical Associates will open a clinic in the former Dundee Hardware at 50th Street and Underwood Avenue, a move that neighborhood retailers are greeting enthusiastically.

Creighton will relocate its existing Dundee neighborhood clinic at 119 N. 51st St., because the new site has more space, additional parking and easier patient access, said Robert Glow, CMA's chief executive officer.

"We like the new location because it is in the heart of the vibrant Dundee neighborhood, and it offers 9,000 square feet on one main floor — nearly double the space of our current location," Glow said.

The clinic has a general internal medicine practice and a diabetes clinic. "We hope to continue to grow both programs," Glow said.

Not what I was hoping for either, but definitely vital for a neighborhood to become self sufficient.

I've got to say I don't care for the glass they have in there now... (should have taken a picture).
