Definitely among the more tasteful 4-over-1s I've seen. The double height retail bays, second floor terraces, and black/white coloration are all good touches.

Will be interesting what the stadium will look like with 18k seats, it's such a cool design as is. Also curious on what all is now going in down there that wasn't in the initial development plans?

The current released renderings of their proposed expansion to 18,000 seats along with plans to spend another $800 million on mixed use development.

I like it overall, but it's a little odd to me that the new seats will block most of the river view that I believe was part of the consideration to locate the stadium here. Though I guess there's no other place to put more seats.
