Power Centre Development

It appears a few new bays will be built in the Power centre location. (next to metro crossing) the ugly blue building next door seems to be receiving a facelift as well.

What big box retailers are left to go in there that aren't already nearby?

Grocery store?

I know there is Walmart for that but not everone shops for grocerys there.

I think there are many possibilities:

there is a lack of: Walgreens or Cvs, in the area

Also, 24 hour fitness, Big Lots, hyvee drug, kirklands, natural grocers, burlington, Dicks, guitar center, Joann fabrics, old navy., might do well.... just a thought

A sporting goods store would be a fit that is for sure.
