'We missed it': St. Patrick's Day parade returns to downtown Omaha



Omaha's St. Patrick's Day parade made its return to downtown and the Old Market Area Saturday following a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19.

I participated in the parade. It was 13 degrees when we lined up. I was with a group of cosplayers that included Ghostbusters and two of their cars. A Jedi, two super heros. Two characters from Harry Potter, Professor Slughorn (me), and Bellatrix in her jail uniform. Had fun once we started moving.
