I think the Streetcar is the likely answer here, if only because concrete steps to move forward are more present with that situation.

I can't foresee Eppley being done by 2026. Conagra would be part of the streetcar getting built, probably after if it does indeed exist.

Due to a display issue, it appears I selected the wrong option.
I fixed my vote and left it open for others to change as well.

Seems to me that the Con Agra Brickline went up quick. Should only be 2 more years to complete. Unless I am missing something huge like the wayfair tower.
