Book donation

I've got about three tubs full of books that are of no interest to the kids anymore that I'd like to donate somewhere. Omaha Public Library isn't really interested in them (apparently their book donations runneth over) and I'd rather not donate them to Goodwill for resale. Any place in Omaha that takes book donations and either gives them to kids for free or lets them borrow/return as they please? Books are probably relevant through middle school age.

Omaha Childrens Museum has a book share box by the playground in the parking lot.

Check out Little Free LIbrary. Though, if it's a lot of books then you'd definitely have to spread the donations across several of them.

I've seen this site mentioned online. I wonder how many they sell instead of donating. I've got several hundred Sci Fi and Fantasy books, plus all of the children's books and "chapter books" that were in my mom's house when it was sold in 1993.

Is anyone interested in "The Happy Hollisters", "Tom Swift Jr", or "The Hardy Boys"?
