Major Project Announcement Today?

Mayor Stothert will be giving a speech at 2 PM today to go over the "State of the City". Considering the timing of this is just days before the Omaha Mayor Primary, one has to wonder if she's going to make an announcement about a substantial development in Omaha? Wouldn't surprise me anyway...
