The Aerodrome in Olde Towne Bellevue

Post by ChadJK »

It popped into my head that Bellevue used to have a restaurant named The Aerodrome that I ate at a few times as a kid. The building at 2201 Franklin St is gone and it's now just a parking lot for Bellevue Memorial Chapel.

The Aerodrome
2201 Franklin St
Bellevue, NE 68005

I did a google and found an old TV commercial for it on YouTube:

Wow, that’s a fascinating blast from the past. It was a popular Bellevue restaurant back in the day (1980s-90s?). The ad serves to point out just how much the culinary scene has changed in America in the past 30 years.
