Proposed reform to Nebraska’s sports arena financing law would reduce governor’s power

I would think this was expedited to ensure the new Union Omaha stadium/development happens, but that’s just my speculation.

I would think this was expedited to ensure the new Union Omaha stadium/development happens, but that’s just my speculation.

The retroactive clause certainly points more to the projects across the state that never got a vote, but this will certainly help Union as well.
