Grow the good life act
Now that (LB 1165) grow the good life act has passed. Are their any other companies in Nebraska actually capable of qualifying for this initiative? Is it truly only Union Pacific and Berkshire Hathaway?

Given UP's recent purchase of Norfolk Southern I'd say this is very targeted legislature to get them to move their major NS presence to Omaha from ATL.
As for Berkshire, they actually have a very small presence. I think their office staff is something like 150 people.

On Grow Omaha a couple weeks ago Jeff said that there were several large companies who had privately stated they would move much more high laying jobs to Nebraska if this passed.
