Aaron Moser, an agent with Grub and Ellis Pacific Realty, said Mexico Lindo Market has plans to move into the building. Mexico Lindo will be an ethnic market for Mexican food, with plans to include a restaurant.
Moser said Mexico Lindo has a couple of outlets in Lincoln, Neb. A Feb. 1 opening is anticipated, but some preparation is required, including retiling the floors, installing shelves and some repainting.

Guillermo Haro and his wife, Maria Veronica Rodriguez, are bringing south-of-the-border grocery items to Council Bluffs.
The couple has owned and operated Mexico Lindo Market in Lincoln, Neb., for 12 years, and Monday is opening a second store at 2210 West Broadway.
"We have many people who come to our store from Council Bluffs and, after studying the situation, my wife and I decided to locate there," Haro said . . .

The ethnic grocery store and restaurant at 2210 W. Broadway offers authentic Mexican food and an atmosphere to match. The store opened in October 2007, and the restaurant followed in early May . . .
The store offers fresh meats, including pork, beef, lamb and fish. The meat and deli counter also has Mexican cheese, sausage and prepared meat dishes, salads and, on certain days, fresh tamales. . . .
Friday through Sunday, the deli offers fresh tamales, pork loin carnitas and a lamb specialty.
The market's produce department features fresh fruit from Mexico and Central and South America, Haro said. Among the offerings are mangos, papayas, plantains, avocados and tunas (a fruit from a type of cactus).
"Most of our produce, they come from Mexico," he said. . . .
The restaurant is located along the east end of the building and has café-style booths and tables and a little Mexican art. It is open for the noon and evening meals and offers everything from appetizers to dinner entrees, Haro said.
"We have a pretty full menu," he said.
Half-price margaritas are served on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
