That is really big. I wonder if the developers are banking on public transportation. A step in the right direction in my opinion, but there's no streetcar yet. Huh? you realize those are studios right? By comparison, studios at The Corvina are as small as 500, Broadmoor at Aksarben 528, Fox Run 509, City View 346, Kennsington Tower 428. Much easier from a loan perspective. Generate revenue much quicker/easier to pay off the loans. A building is much more likely to sit with unsold condo units rather than unrented apartments.
