$21 mil Proposal for Atrium Building

Speedway and Nelnet are proposing a deep renovation for the Atrium Building. They intend to keep it all office space, hoping the renovation will retain existing tenants and attract new ones.

That’s good news, the building has a nice presence in the core. Always thought it was a decent looking building.
