Apartment Building (3204 N 16th Street)

Plans show development of the site with a three-story, three-unit apartment
building. Each unit will comprise one floor of the structure. Off-street
parking is proposed accessing the rear alley on the west side of the site,
with additional on-street parking spaces proposed on Spencer Street to the
south. A number of modifications to the underlying R7 District zoning
regulations are required as a part of this request and, as such, the applicant
has submitted this request for a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay
District.
