Looks like the current owner ties back to Milts Mini Storage so I'd assume self storage will end up here.

What a relief! We do need more storage facilities. And to think for just a moment, it looked like Omaha had abandoned its ongoing crusade to destroy its architectural heritage.

I think the future on that building was sealed when they tore down St Rose Church.
