Need 3 windows and several screens replaced on a house. (I've been told in the past that the screens can likely be replaced while keeping the frames the screens are in.) Any window companies in Omaha you've dealt with that you could recommend?

Most places I've seen are a real pane.

But seriously, folks. Screen replacement is pretty simple - go to a hardware store and get a roll of screen, grommet, and the crimper tool. Don't get the crappy plastic one, get a legit metal one that looks like a small pizza wheel - with several screens to do you don't want it flaking out on you.

Remove the old screen and grommet from the frame, stretch the new screen tight over the frame (a couple spring clamps help here), and wedge the grommet in the track with the pizza wheel.

I've had good experience both in service and price from Ideal Hardware on Cuming.
