Hotel at Horseshoe

A friend who works at horseshoe recently informed me they are looking to build another hotel in the area. They are looking at a 200 room hotel. To me it makes sense as Caesars entertainment may need more space to sell the Mid-American center just as Clink needed to do (in terms of rooms) but who knows!

I guess I am unfamiliar with the amount of convention space the MAC has. The CLink can host very large conferences, which explains the over 1,000 hotel rooms within walking distance of that center. What does the MAC have now, 300 or so?

I think the Mac has more than 300. Within a block there's;

Hilton Garden Inn
Springhill Suites
Holiday Inn Express
Country Inn & Suites

Plus they may be shuttling people to/from Harrahs

About 550 rooms in those.
