Re: Telegraph District
The telephone museum collection was purchased by Speedway and Nelnet, the folks behind this development. The article says that some of the items will be display throughout the district, while Speedway Motors will open a telephone section in their Museum of Speed.

On another note, I am glad I saw this article. I did not know about this development. Even though it is not as big as some of the districts popping up in Omaha, it's neat to see a couple local Lincoln companies investing and redeveloping that area of downtown Lincoln.

Yeah, that section has not been very pretty for some time, so its good to see the reinvestment.ita wrote: Wed Jan 09, 2019 8:10 pm The telephone museum collection was purchased by Speedway and Nelnet, the folks behind this development. Re: Telegraph District
Here's a nice update on the upcoming residential midrises for the district. Hopefully the demand warrants the third building. We shall see. I am especially interested to see how the work live units work out.

Re: Telegraph District
There is a new addition to the district, an HQ for New Generation Construction, a Lincoln-based construction firm. They are moving into 1935 O St., the form Awards Unlimited building. They are currently staffed at 100 with potential 40 additional new employees in the near future.
