They changed the name for all the right reasons--the press release explained that the public still thought membership was limited to the Armed Forces. And SAC was renamed STRATCOM a long time ago.
But why Cobalt? Apropos of what? I must be an old fart. And I guess I should be glad it wasn't a name a consultant pulled out of some focus group's azz for $50k.

The name change makes sense, but they need to spend that money on developing an online banking website that doesn't suck.
You still can't put in a travel notification via any sort of form on their website, you must email them.
You can only look at like 10 entries on the website without having to click the "load more" rows options.
