It appears the immediate action to be taken will be construction of a new office building and parking garage where the geothermal well field is being constructed on the block bound by 17th, 18th, L & K Streets and a substantial addition to the north side of the old Assurity Building on the northwest corner of 16th and K.

After reading through the article, it is too bad they are emphasizing parking so much. They should be working with the City to incorporate public transportation options, especially as they consolidate and bring more employees to the area.
