The Blondo Project (108 & Blondo)

Post by Coyote »

The Blondo Project owns these parcels of land and plans to build a 13k SF office building at 11102 Blondo.
Anyone know anything about this. The other parcels are owned by Royce Blondo LLC.

That area has always seemed to struggle to develop. It would be nice for it to finally fill in.

But has the Lindsay building ever been filled?

Does anybody know how the power lines effect what type/size of building can be built? Are those lots doomed to only have 1-2 level office buildings on them?

There is a 100' wide OPPD easement along those power lines. No buildings can be built in that easement so it will either be parking or green space. Outside the easement would be governed by regular Omaha zoning regulations.

Good afternoon! I am the property manager for The Blondo Project, specifically for the building now located at 11102 Blondo Street. We are working on selling/developing our other parcels so if you know of anyone who is looking for space, let me know!

Additionally, we have a suite ready to be built out at 11102 Blondo St (Suite 101).

The suite's size is approximately 1,370 with a cost of $17.00 per square foot plus triple net. The building houses a fitness room, mother's room as well as restrooms, all with shared use. Feel free to reach out to me at 402-505-5024 with questions!
