Stan Houston Equipment Company going in to the Spring Valley

Something appear to be going in to the Spring Valley Plaza at 50th & G. I'm not sure if they're going in to the old Baker's/No Frills or the old Westlake. The exterior photo is of the whole plaza, but the two interior photos are of the old Westlake/Osco.

UPDATE: Stan Houston states they have purchased the entire property, but will be utilizing just the old Westlake/Osco building for now. They do plan to grow in to it.
