A broker development map shows that Price Brother's is looking at a mixed use project with 500 apartment units and 250k of office space. This could equal a tower at least 12 stories to as high as 23. Price Brothers is the largest apartment owner in KC with over 15,000 units.
You can tell the map is recent due to the fact the map contains the PODIUM project (announced in July).
