It's really weird to read this, you could almost replace "Kansas City" with Omaha for a lot of it. Minus the sports stuff at least and the airport.

Diode Ventures pursuing a second Northland Data Center park. 9 buildings across 360 acres. Current zoning supports data center use but Diode applied for a rezoneing for hyper scale facilities.
