From an article last year in the Denver Business Journal:
Kiewit's new regional HQ in Lone Tree features sweeping views of the mountains and easy light rail access
The newly completed, six-story building, dubbed K1, features outdoor decks for gatherings, a full-service café and a sprawling fitness center, all next to the Regional Transportation District’s Sky Ridge Light Rail Station.
A second building, called K2, is under construction next door, and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2022. Together, the two buildings provide roughly 400,000 square feet of office space designed to accommodate more than 1,700 employees.
The new campus also includes a 950-stall parking structure. An adjacent lot will be used as surface parking, but could potentially be the site of a third office building in the future.
The regional headquarters, which welcomed the first employees in July 2021, brings together workers who had previously had offices in several leased spaces in the area.

Internally, it is equally as impressive as Omaha's HQ. I wouldn't say the views are as impressive of the mountains as you think being so far south and still a bit out from the mountains, but nicer than Omaha's view of downtown.
The location adjacent to a light rail is very cool.

So what is the over-under on them moving HQ to Denver?

Re: Keiwit Denver Regional Headquarters
I think it is slim to none. They have significant offices in Denver, Lenexa, and Houston, but they rally people in Omaha for training and events. Omaha is also neutral ground so none of their regions feels like another has the benefit of being the HQ.
