1901 S 63rd street residential redevelopment (SWC 63rd & Shirley)

Post by Brad »

Jay Noddle of Noddle Companies was on Grow Omaha this past weekend and mentioned they had just closed on a lot on 63rd and Shirley Street just east of Aksarben Village. It appears to be this lot (below), the mailing address for the owner has Noddle Companies address. Said it would be another Row House type project.

The house, garage and trees have been removed. Lot is 124' x 150'. Sold in December 2022 for over $400,000.

Is this project still a go? Nothing happening yet, just a grass field.

Last week they removed all the weeds, etc. and have spread straw(?) over most of the lot. There is a fairly good size, round bare spot right at the NW corner of the lot though which I don't understand.
