156 Units of mixed - 7 stories.

The building will have five floors of affordable mixed income apartment units set on top of two levels of structured parking. The project funding includes low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and a loan from Front Porch. Amenities include a community room, fitness facilities, a leasing office, bike storage, storm shelter and an outdoor courtyard space.

Nice! Looks like it’ll be a much needed project. It’s good to see a mix of 3 and 4 bedrooms in the project as well for families.

Although, at that size, I’m sure neighbors won’t be happy. 218 parking stalls for 156 units will probably cause a bit of a stink as well

Wow I knew that lot was going to go the LIHTC route, but didn't expect anything close to this density.

Official ground breaking on the 15th. There are a few pieces of heavy equipment on site already.

Looks to be from The Annex Group considering the logo and name. They've done some good projects in Lincoln as well.
