Great get for North O, and a big set of affordable housing units.

That’s right along the 19th Street streetcar extension currently being studied. I scribbled it in as a red line.

These whole development is really nicely designed, will bring some nice density, and should be getting far more attention. I particularly like the 3-story stacked apartments designed to look like row houses.
