iSECUREtrac Estimates Record Revenues for Third Quarter 2004; 336% Increase Over Third Q 2003 and 12% Increase Over Second Q 2004

OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 18, 2004--iSECUREtrac(TM) Corp. (OTCBB: ISRE), an industry leader in secure GPS tracking solutions, estimates it will record revenues for the third quarter of 2004 of approximately $1.30 million compared to $1.16 million for the second quarter of 2004 and compared to $387,000 for the third quarter of 2003. For the nine months ending September 30, 2004, the Company estimates revenues of $3.4 million compared to $577,000 for the nine months ending September 30, 2003, a 590% revenue increase.

"We have completed the restructuring of our sales force, which included the hiring of six new sales professionals, the development and implementation of a comprehensive four-week sales training program, a new comp plan that places a far greater emphasis on performance, and a new sales strategy that focuses our efforts on key geographics and demographics," said Tom Wharton, CEO of iSECUREtrac. "Despite another quarter of record revenues, we were not getting the maximum results out of our sales efforts. Finalizing this restructuring allows us to aggressively target strategic markets and positions us to win a greater share of this exploding GPS monitoring opportunity worldwide. We are committed to breaking even from operations in the first quarter of 2005."

The estimated operating loss for the third quarter 2004 will be reduced to $678,000 compared to $942,000 for the second quarter 2004 and $1.3 million for the third quarter of 2003. Estimated net loss for the third quarter 2004 will be reduced to $1.6 million vs. $2.4 million for the second quarter of 2004 and $2.0 million for the third quarter of 2003.
