Anyone know if homeowners have a say in where the pedestal boxes are installed by the contractor?

I live in a SID and are covenant stated that these need to be installed in the rear of the property, but I have seen neighborhoods nearby and they are installing the boxes in the front yards, every few houses. I know there is an easement in the front of the property for utilities, but I don't think they should be allowed to install the boxes in visible sight if the existing boxes aren't.

Anyone have any insight on this? ( I have reached out to the contract project manager and am awaiting a response.

It was my understanding that they were putting them wherever the existing boxes were but that appears wrong.

Hopefully they don't mess this up as much as they messed up with Fastwyre.
