What is going in just North of 168th and Harrison on the NE side between Family Video and Jensen Tire? Dirt work started this week.

I forgot they were building a Wal-Mart Market there, so that's why I went through the trouble of looking up the building permit, lol.

Yeah, just noticed that. I live off of 168th and Giles and was wondering when that was going to start. Should be interesting once it's built.

Geez, seems like a hop, skip and a jump from the one at 370/I-80. I guess that's like 4 miles though. Walmart is going to make sure there absolutely no interesting retail in the southwest metro area.

Well the difference is that the one at 370/I-80 is a full supercenter store. The one at 168th and Harrison will just be the much smaller Neighborhood Market store, which is pretty much just a normal grocery store from what I've heard.

The 180th and Center store is relatively close too.
