173 and Pacific

They've been bringing in a lot dirt and are leveling it out for something. Does anyone know what's going in? There are retirement places behind it, not sure who owns the ground though.

If it is the land that I passed the other day - it is owned by the Immanuel Retirement Community, so maybe it is just for more homes...

Hope it's just more of those smaller homes. The power lines are over there as well, not sure how that affects where you can build though.

Unless you knew that Pacific Springs Golf Course went throughout that neighborhood...
