New Construction at 192nd and Q Street

Hi all, It's been a while. Does anyone know what the new construction at 192nd and Q Street is? Yesterday the were moving dirt around on the lot immediately east of Tanners on the NE corner.

Been watching that start over the last couple of weeks and wondering the same thing. I have no idea at this point but the current guess since it not a corner lot for Walgreens then I would put my money on a tire store or a mattress store since current opening would indicate you were not able to find these in Omaha until the recent run on new ones.

There's a shell for retail space going in at 19060 Q St. according to permits.

Looks like another housing development. That whole empty plat is broken down, but owned by the same person.

That is going on too but I believe the origial question was refering to the potentail retail plot next to Tanners. MAy be wrong though
