Sorry I'm a little out of the loop. Are these going to be under construction or did they get scrapped? Also when is construction starting on the pedestrian bridge and the Riverfront condos?

You really have been out of the loop. 
Renaisance Center was scrapped because they didn't have funding. The bridge is still short $5 million but that's way better than the previous $44 million. And the Riverfront place condos start construction this May.
