The 139-acre parcel, on the southeast corner of the intersection of Highways 50 and 370, is next to the Westmont neighborhood and north of where the federal government plans to build a veterans cemetery.

While I feel like the Fort Omaha Campus and South Omaha Campus would make a downtown branch redundant, that would be a neat way to kill extra office space in Landmark and CPP.

Or maybe, the civic space that is supposed to be incorporated into Tetrad's redevelopment of the CIvic could be used for that instead. Or maybe if they moved the library there and put an MCC campus in the current library.

What happened with the road dispute at their Elkhorn campus? I remember them saying that they were going to file a lawsuit against the city and put all future expansion in Sarpy County.

The story briefly mentioned the dispute over the road. It said that it is an ongoing battle. Nothing has been finalized yet.
