Does anybody know what is going on behind the big chain link fence at 132nd & Westwood Lane ?

I haven't driven past there for a while so I don't know where this fence is, but if you are talking about the 5 acres south of the Millard Library, I believe an assisted living facility has been proposed there.janhan wrote:Does anybody know what is going on behind the big chain link fence at 132nd & Westwood Lane ?

Been a popular question on the Grow omaha Facebook page. I thought the building permit said Medical Office / Rehab facility.

The LLC that owns it has its holding company in Indiana. They have around 30 LLC's most being medical, most being nursing/assisted living residences, but it is fair to say something medical...

According to the Beyond The Vine folks next door, it is supposed to be an outpatient surgical center.
