120th & Dodge, NEC

QuikTrip owns it, and they currently have a For Sale sign up, but they demolished the buildings and have been moving dirt like crazy lately. Anyone hear of any plans, or did they just clear it off to give a potential buyer an empty piece of ground?

QuikTrip has a bunch of canopy and gas station retail building permits for that corner. I doubt QuikTrip is going to build a gas station and then sell it.

There is another thread on this Quick Trip location somewhere. The lot is too big for QT so they are going to build on part of it and sell the rest.
