Re: Sagewood Ridge/Woodbrook -- NW 180th and Fort
This is way out there. It's amazing how the sprawl continues to spread NW, while the urban core is getting some much needed density. Also, is Celebrity the only builder offering new homes in the sub-$250K range? It seems like all other builders have left price point for Celebrity to monopolize. For all the flack people give to Celebrity, they continue to provide new housing in the affordable price range. Just wish others would join the party and give them some competition.iamjacobm wrote: Fri Nov 02, 2018 9:02 am Two celebrity home developments with 285 total lots NW of the intersection of 180th and Fort.

Amen!!! Celebrity can make a nice house but my aunt lives in sage wood and there is way way r too many celebrity subdivisions out there. Wish Legacy would build more or there was another builder to give a Celebrity some healthy competition.
