My guess is either a reconstruct of the building and it continues to house a Hyundai store or they intend to turn it into some sort of service center - collision repair, detailing, that sort of thing.

That would be particularly good if it was a multi line shop. Sorry, but I had a Ford that I had to drive to Hey 60 and I80 to get warranty service on. Nice people and good mechanics but a haul to get to an oil change. You could have taken that Ford to any Ford dealership for manufacturer warranty repairs. Some dealerships try to give buyers the impression that they have to come back to the dealership they bought it from in order to be covered, but that's simply not the case. But as the dealers move to the edges of the metro, it is not as useful for a centrally located person.
