Anyone know what may be going on with this land? It's been agricultural use for years. Last week there were surveying teams and what looked like a drilling rig or core samples being taken. The land backs my neighborhood. I'll try to add a photo taken of this rig later today.

Assessors site has not changed ownership, but the land is for sale on loopnet. Assessors site isn't really timely.

I received a letter from the Omaha Planning Department.

This is eventually going to be a Celebrity Homes project.

The north side of the city continues to get a ton of housing. 323 SF homes on 80 acres a bit SE of the intersection.

The public hearing is on Oct 2.
